You know, the kind that leak out zero pollution, remove you from gasoline dependence and run purely on batteries that recharge through an electrical socket just like your cell phone. Yeah, one of those. Cool, huh?

Well, a greener future just got closer now that Miami has joined the ranks of major cities across the country, such as San Francisco, Sacramento, Austin, Detroit, LA, NYC and Washington, D.C., in installing the infrastructure needed to turn this fantasy into a reality.

Two weeks ago, an EV charging station went live at the Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Brickell with two more set for installation on Miami Beach in the next month or so: one in South Beach, at the 13th Street and Collins Avenue parking garage, where the City of Miami Beach is currently installing the power, and another at the infamous Fontainebleau hotel on Collins Avenue near 45th Street.]]></description>
