More Fashion for Charity

Fashion for Charity is proud to announce its third annual fashion fundraiser featuring a cocktail reception, silent auction and runway shows from leading designers to benefit two non-profit organizations fighting against human trafficking.  The highly-anticipated event will take place at the Moore Building (4040 NE 2nd Avenue) on Saturday, Sept. 17 from 7 to 11p.m.

More than 500 people are expected to attend the elegant party, including Adriana Barraza, Academy Award winning actress, and Adriana De Moura, one of the Real Housewives of Miami.  A series of fashion shows will showcase this season’s hottest fall/winter collections including designs from Y-3 along with a children’s runway show.  Guests are invited to mix, mingle and shop at an array of “pop up” boutiques as they enjoy the DJ and live entertainment.

All proceeds from the evening will be donated to Project Start Off Smart (SOS) and The EDGE Charitable Foundation.  Project SOS is an initiative of the Homestead Police Department dedicated to identify victims of domestic violence, child abuse, neglect, sexual abuse and human trafficking and provide services to help these victims.

Tickets are $25 for general admission and $75 for VIP admission, which includes reserved seating, a luxurious gift bag, cocktail bar, valet parking and complimentary hors d’oeuvres. A cash bar will also be available. Call 786.556.2653 or visit fashionforcharityevents.com for more information.
