TidBits: DMV to Go Downtown

[ 0 ] September 8, 2011 | Kim Steiner

Now this is the bureaucracy of the future! DMV to Go, a special event from the Miami-Dade County Office of Community Advocacy, will offer us residents a convenient central location in Downtown Miami for DMV services, such as license renewals and I.D. cards. The fun begins on Thursday, September 15 from 9:30am to 2:30pm.  DMV to Go does not administer any driving exams, so first-time driver’s license applicants will have to suffer the usual way. Future events will be  the third Thursday of every month. To reserve your spot hit their website at miamidade.gov/advocacy or call 305-375-5730. Proper identification required details listed on gathergoget.com. Stephen P. Clark  Center, Main Lobby, 111 NW 1st St; Miami.
