Tabula Rasa

After a friend’s suggestion, my husband and I decided to go watch the first sunset of the year from Miami Beach.  The idea of a new start is always so appealing to many; the thought of having a blank slate leaving the past behind gives us a jolt of energy – but what are we without our past experiences, problems and challenges?  This sunrise signified strength and foresight and no better place than our beach to experience it. HAPPY NEW YEAR MIAMI!
